Wellbeing Events
Our Wellbeing Programmes are for our registered clients, women recovering from domestic abuse. If you are no longer in an abusive relationship you are welcome to join our programmes, simply register below.
Our Wellbeing Programme welcomes everyone, whether you're in Gloucestershire or beyond. While many of our activities take place face-to-face, we also offer a selection of sessions online. So if you don't reside in our county, you'll still have the opportunity to join our online programmes and enjoy the benefits of our nurturing and supportive offerings.
Our sessions are designed to boost your physical, mental, social, and emotional wellbeing, helping to ease stress, lower anxiety, and enhance your overall quality of life. We truly believe that every individual deserves a chance to feel balanced, happy, and connected, no matter where they live.
You will always be greeted with a friendly smile, whether in person or on screen, and if you ever need a private chat or a bit of extra support, our lovely team are just a call or a message away.
