Trauma informed Client Support & Pathway Coordinators
Our Client Support & Pathway Coordinators have experienced domestic abuse and have worked hard to overcome its challenges. They share their stories with honesty and warmth, offering understanding and hope. Their journeys show that recovery is not something you have to do alone. Each step of progress is a shared victory.
By connecting with those who have faced similar hardships, they create a warm, safe space where you are truly heard and valued. They nurture a sense of belonging, inviting you to see that your struggles can eventually give way to strength and renewal. Through compassionate guidance and heartfelt support, they inspire you to trust in your own capacity to heal and embrace a brighter future.

Building Resiliance Programme
Hurtful memories can hold you back, limiting your growth and stifling your progress. How can you break free from these restraints and move towards living your dreams? The first step is to recognise the lingering influences of the past and work to either let them go or transform them into a positive force that propels you forward.
Our 5 session programme is designed to help you identify these inhibiting memories so that you can take back control. By understanding and reshaping these experiences, you gain the power to use them as building blocks for a brighter future rather than as weights that slow you down.

Building Confidence Programme
People who recognise and use their strengths tend to feel happier, enjoy better self-esteem, and are more likely to achieve their goals. Yet, many find it difficult to pinpoint these talents, often dismissing them as ordinary when they’re truly remarkable.
Throughout the 5 sessions we help you discover your unique strengths. Our approach guides you in identifying the special qualities that make you, you. We’ll also help you recognise these strengths in others, so you can build a supportive network that uplifts everyone. With a clearer understanding of your abilities, you’ll be empowered to develop and use your strengths to create positive changes in your life.

Emotional Safety & Support Programmes
Emotional safety looks different for different people, but planning for your emotional safety is about developing a personalised plan that helps you accept your emotions and decisions when dealing with abuse or during recovery.
